Actions Speak Louder than Words

Most people understand that although we are creatures of habit.  However few realize that there are at least two types of habits - those habits that a person does , and those habits that a person choses not to do.  The “doing habits’  and the “not doing habits”.   Evertything that you are not in the habit of not doing now - is a “not doing habit”.

It can be said that the simplest way of getting into the habit of doing these undone actions is to practice doing them - on a regular basis.  This is the only way.  It is almost a matter of compulsion not only of willingness.  There is no other way . Simple as that.

Sure some will say that reading and preparation will help you to do these tasks.  Help you to do are the key words.  In the end it comes down to action - actions speak louder than words.

The Rich get Richer while the Poor ….

                 It can be said that to make mattes worse , when it comes to the sharing and communication of wealth creation as well as creations of riches that when you are not fully willing to receive, you are training the universe not to give it to you.  Use it or lose it is the motto.  If a muscle does not work and train it deteriorates.  So is it with your ability to share and create wealth and wealth creation.   It can be said that the wealth or the tickets disappear.  Or it can be said that the lucky lottery chances go to someone else who is more than willing to take the chance and chances.  The early bird gets the worm. If you snooze you loose.  This is one of the major reasons the rich get richer and the poor get…… well not rich and wealthy.  Not because they are any more worthy , but because they are willing to receive while most poor people are not willing to give and share.  A life , like that of a stupid person , who live steal and prey on others.  How foolish and downright stupid.

Principles of Two Way Wealth Creation

  Wealth Principle:  for every giver there must be a receiver and for every reciever there must be a giver.

   If a tree falls in the forest - does anyone hear it ?

   Think about it .  How could you you give if there were was not someone or something to receive it.

A receiver must have  a sender.  A transmit must have a receiver if there is is to reception and a complete flow of the cycle at the other end.  Its all about “karma”.

      Both have to in balance - perhaps not perfect balance , but a reasonable balance of sorts in order for one not to overwhelm the capacity of the other end - the other component of the chain and cycle.

In addition both have to be somewhat equal to each other lest the other overwhelm number 2.

     Besides , how does it feel to give ?  Most of us would agree that giving feels wonderful and fullfilling.  Conversely , how does it feel when you want to give and other person is not willing to receive ?  Most of us would agree that it feels terrible.  So know this :  if you are not willing to receive,

      It could be said that by not giving willingly an openly that you are actually dening the other side  - the joy and pleasure that comes from giving.  You may actually be causing lower than optimal feelings - indeed feelings of mild depression.  Why ?  Why not ? Everything in life an physics is energy .  e = mc2.  When you want to give and cannot then that energy cannot be expressed and gets stuck in you.  That “stuck” energy then turns into negatie emotions.

Management Control Issues in Wealth Managment Creation

It can be said that the “management control trap” creates at least two serious problems as well as areas of concern. As we have seen with our poor example of management - as detailed previously - poor Mr. S. such styles of “management” if it can be called that or better “a pathological need to control others ” may be a better description . Alternatively is can be described as the “golden rule” in that the “rules are golden and they are my rules” plays to the point. Efficiency , productivity or end profit play nothing to the tune. With pathological control issues it seems that neither profit , rewards or any type- financial or otherwise , or any resulting efficiencies or economies are of no concern what so ever. Its all about power and teaching who is boss. What a colossal waster of time energy and morale. What foolish and downright stupid behavior. Such “managers” , if they can be called that, should be shot - or in the real world fired or demoted.

After all in wealth creation - if we are to create wealth and riches honestly through the motivated work of others , if we are to motivate others to produce wealth and share with their “managers”: or “supervisors” do we not need to create results honestly and openly without threat or intimidations ?

The Prospecting Train

Typically new associates will spend their first few months detailing family and friends. It is similar and “just like” the new insurance salesperson who will have great success in their first couple of months selling friends and family “policies that they need”. “Oh well , they lament, you needed the insurance after all”, when after all it was the last thing that these victims needed. Once the list of acquaintances and “friends” runs out , the new “best salesman / salesperson” cannot figure out why sales are so bad , why no one can be sold the policies or better yet to ask “Why no one wants to buy”. Its not unlike the Mexican owner at a tourist trap jewelry who asks people who enter the door to his lion’s den “What can I sell you today ?” rather than “What do you want to buy or purchase ” or alternatively “What are your needs or wants”.

In the end just like the forlorn insurance salesperson , who could care less about anyone else, the new network marketer runs out of prospects - that is if he has not on the prospecting “:train” all along.

Avoiding the Need to Control Staff Employees

Network marketing is based on a team building philosophy and way of life rather than a supervisory mode and model. If anything this is a positive factor and ideal perhaps it is a failing . By far control and control issues enter into the fray as one of the biggest concerns. It is as if many managers or managers in their own mind come from homes and backgrounds where control or lack of it over others is considered a major failing. Take the case for example of one Kirk Stevens - a most disreputable individual with almost a criminal past. Kirk lived to control others and to find “marks”. How downright foolish is not indeed stupid. In life we obtain what we can by working with others - not in identifying targets and then stealing ( or as Huck Finns father referred to it as “borrowing”) from others. Kirk lived a life inspired by the Romans and Atilla the Hun. The Huns steal and prosper. Atilla rewards the huns. In Kirk’s case he rewarded his staff with good obtained by non payment of at that point , loyal patient suppliers. Not for long you would think. On top of that Kirk would hold court in various seedy restaurants take his business sales tax check remittances to buy lunches for what he considered to be his loyal following. Talk about misguided logic, poor judgment skills and downright foolishness and stupidity. On top of that Kirk’s model was that ” Once you lost control it was all over . That’s right”

Talk about foolish business practices bordering on the control issues that you would expect from an alchoholic.

Eventually you realize that in life you have little control over most events , if any. It is like Don Quixite tipping at windmills. Its is a waste of time and effort to put it mildly, And yet Kirk will be pursue this anal retentive quality of the need , indeed the imperative of controlling others. What a waste of time. What a stupid individual. What a moron.

The truth is that successes in life do not result from extensive or even excessive management or planning functions as well as functioning. It can often be , and is often desirable from ” the seat of your pants”. Success mostly and often comes form people with leadership skills having the vision , enthusiasm and willingness to recruit other “frontline ” leaders , who in term use and share the products and services. These “frontline leaders” simply teach them to duplicate the process/

Noellaess the Vandal was a new networker who experienced in her life and travels more than a series of nightmares. Always trying to be helpful , she often helped people that she considered “friends”. Even though these people lived in more luxurious settings she would often support them and subsidize them in their efforts. For example there was a friend , with a drinking problem, who was a rather poor electronics technician. Yet this person had a skill of assembling “budget” computers and electronics out of “thrown away” junk ,hobbled together just to “get them out the door”. Noellaess would often , as a favor, purchase the finished product , as a favor to the alleged friend. These were for later resell ( perhaps ) or perhaps not , by the fixer. If Noellaess , even made here gas money back , that would be a bonus. Yet for no logical reason , or any reason whatsoever , the so called electronics technician ran off with the goods which were for resale. It was all to no logical avail - a friend was lost, as well as a supportive buyer. It was a case of idiot jack , in the fabled tale “Jack and the Beanstalk”, only in this case it was not a case of Jack foolishly being talked into buying beans for his cash , but rather Jack buying many cases of beer for his own consumption. Talk of “pissing the money away”.

Noelaess is convinced that all of these experiences , especially of being left on her own, is what forced here to become a leader in her travails and eventual success. These it seems were the best thing that ever happened to her in her business as well as financial careers. She went to work frontline recruiting and refused to slow down until she achieved her first major goals.

This story will teach us all that we need not be managers and as well demonstrates that people need not be managers but rather have the will and themes to succeed.

You may turn to creative imagery to get what you want. However you would like to build your personal pillar of success, I believe that there are constants and absolutes. A good, solid foundation is a constant in building any sturdy edifice, relationships are no different. So it is essential that there be a strong foundation in the construction of your personal pillar of success.

Integrity, no matter what your religious beliefs are, is the bedrock of all transactions.

Why would you want to deal with things with integrity? Well, forming relationships is a must in your pursuit of success; and of course you would like to take good care of these relationships. Integrity builds trust, which is an essential relationship lubricant. You don’t need studies to confirm that clients would go back to someone with whom they were able to deal with smoothly and who stuck to his end of the deal. The currency of life is “Quid Pro Quo”, or “give me as I would give you”. So many business relationships have been severed because a party did not meet the end of the deal, or cheated the other of what was his due. Relationships are the foundation of your success, and Integrity is the foundation of Relationships. Without Integrity, no relationships, and no success.

It helps when you would go through life with a clear conscience and the knowledge that you have given your best to your client, or with whomever you have an interpersonal relationship. The lack of moral and emotional baggage frees you to be more productive, thus allowing you to build your pillar of success faster.

To cultivate integrity, start with the little things. Tell the truth in the most trivial of situations. Catch yourself when you are about to tell a white lie. Be transparent in all your transactions. Give change to your customers to the very last cent. As an adage says, “If you are faithful in little, you will be faithful in much.” Such is true in cultivating everything, even integrity.

Quid Pro Quo. That is the currency of human relationships. Take care of your relationships. Fortify them with Integrity.

They would become a magnet for positive, productive relationships.

But, without integrity, the relationships would not last. So don’t forget the all important all.
