Most people understand that although we are creatures of habit. However few realize that there are at least two types of habits - those habits that a person does , and those habits that a person choses not to do. The “doing habits’ and the “not doing habits”. Evertything that you are not in the habit of not doing now - is a “not doing habit”.
It can be said that the simplest way of getting into the habit of doing these undone actions is to practice doing them - on a regular basis. This is the only way. It is almost a matter of compulsion not only of willingness. There is no other way . Simple as that.
Sure some will say that reading and preparation will help you to do these tasks. Help you to do are the key words. In the end it comes down to action - actions speak louder than words.
